Single-Use Systems

Our client is a key player in single-use systems for the transfer of sterile injectable fluids within the biopharmaceutical industry. It excels in small to medium production batches of tailor-made assemblies offering substantial added value. This includes tubing sets, manifold assemblies, sensors, carboys, flasks, and bags, all designed to meet specific process requirements.

The company’s headquarters are in France but you will be able to work remotely. You will be employed under a contract aligned with your country of residence—for example, a German employment contract if based in Germany.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting directly to the Sales Director Europe, you will:
- Lead regional market planning efforts, contributing to strategic decisions and go-to-market initiatives.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients and prospects in the DACH region.
- Promote customised technical single-use solutions adapted to each client’s process.
- Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activity.
- Oversee product configuration and pricing in collaboration with technical and production teams.
- Contribute to the development and launch of new product lines.
- Ensure performance tracking and drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
YOUR PROFILE
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B commercial roles involving strategic business development and sales of technically complex products or solutions.
- Experience in biopharmaceuticals and single-use fields.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A hands-on, autonomous working style with strong analytical skills.
- A results-driven, collaborative, and proactive mindset.
- A friendly, positive, and flexible attitude.
- Full proficiency in German and English.
English is essential for all internal communication.
